At Baby Mira, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide the best service possible. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return/Exchange Requirements

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to contact@babymira.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The SKU number of the product you wish to return or exchange
- Evidence of the issue (photos/videos showing the defect or problem)

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unwashed, unused, and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels attached. Failure to meet these conditions may result in no refund, and the buyer will be responsible for any incurred fees.
Return Shipping
For all returns, please use registered mail with an online tracking number. If the returned order cannot be tracked during transit, we cannot guarantee safe reception. Thank you for your understanding.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs in the following cases:

Incorrect Order: If you ordered the wrong product or size, you will need to cover the shipping costs both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If you choose a refund, we will only refund the original product price.

Unwanted Item: If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product for a return.
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Please note that only addresses provided by our customer service team are authorized as return addresses. If a return is sent to an unauthorized address, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 1 week and credited back to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after approval, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; processing times may cause a delay in posting your refund.
